Availability and continuity, utility and fallibility.- The Santiago Free Zone Corporation does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the Portal and the Services. THE ZONA FRANCA SANTIAGO CORPORATION EXCLUDES ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES AND INJURIES OF ANY NATURE THAT MAY BE GENERATED BY THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES THROUGH THE PORTAL.
Procedure in case of carrying out illegal activities.
In the event that any User or a third party considers that there are facts or circumstances that reveal the illicit nature of the use of any content and / or the performance of any activity on the web pages included or accessible through the Portal, and, in particular, of the violation of intellectual property rights or other rights, you must send a notification to the Institution expressing the following:

These Policies are governed in each and every one of their parts by the laws of the Dominican Republic.

Jurisdiction.
